Regulations

• No smoking on the premises.
• No pets allowed.
• Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times.
• Please dispose of your trash in the provided bins.
• Make sure to close windows, lock doors, and turn off lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances before leaving the house.
• Do not hold parties or events without the homeowner's permission.
• Please observe the noise curfew at 10:00 PM.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight.
• Prohibited substances are not allowed on the premises; otherwise, you will be asked to leave.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if you cancel 7 days before your check-in date.
• For cancellations made within 7 days of your check-in date, we will work flexibly with you to find a suitable solution. Our priority is ensuring your experience is easy and smooth.
